Omoide no Natsu (feat. GUMI)

piemix Releases New Single "Omoide no Natsu"

October 9, 2026 - piemix will release a new single, "Omoide no Natsu" (Memories of Summer). The track is a ballad in which Synthesizer V AI Megpoid (a.k.a. GUMI SV) delivers a tender, understated performance about a farewell at the end of summer, backed by piano. Lyrics, music, and arrangement are by piemix.

"Omoide no Natsu" recounts the memories that surface unexpectedly in a room once shared with a partner who is no longer there. Over the course of a summer afternoon giving way to departure, images and emotions flicker past like a slideshow, carried by the piano.

piemix is a one-person project handling every aspect of production independently - lyrics, composition, arrangement, mixing, mastering, and music video creation. Featuring vocal synth singers primarily GUMI, alongside VOCALOID and Synthesizer V vocalists, piemix has been releasing new music regularly since August 2025.
