  I'm a musician based in Tokyo. Originally a bassist, I also play piano and guitar. I work in both music and graphic design, so I also design the jacket designs for my digital music. I've loved books since I was a child and used to write as well. Books I've written under pseudonyms have been donated to the National Diet Library and university libraries across the country. "I Need Something Mine" and "Feelings" have become my signature songs, and I'm so grateful! I'm also very happy that "Don't leave me now," from "Abbey's Friends," which I composed, has unexpectedly been heard by so many people on TikTok and YouTube. I aim to create accessible pop music based on an acoustic sound, incorporating a variety of sound sources. Recently, I've been experimenting with alternative genres. I released my first album, "I'll Crush Your Template," at the end of November 2025. It's a rare species these days, but I don't post on social media, so if you see a jacket with the "AL" logo on it, it's me, so be sure to check it out!
