Nobunaga Reggae

"Nobunaga Reggae" is a fictional music project born from a simple idea: What if Oda Nobunaga had reggae? Inspired by the life of Japan's legendary warlord and the world of the Sengoku period, the album blends reggae, ragga, dancehall, roots reggae, reggaeton, samba reggae, jazz, and R&B into a sound that should never have existed. Created by OOPARTS TRAX, a label dedicated to uncovering musical artifacts from impossible histories, this project reimagines one of history's greatest revolutionaries through music. From the uprising in Owari to Tenka Fubu, Azuchi Castle, and the flames of Honnoji, "Nobunaga Reggae" is a 17-track concept album following the life of a man determined to change the world.
