  Moe Wakabayashi, known as moë, is a Japanese-born indie artist, singer-songwriter, arranger, and movie director. She handles every aspect of her creative work on her own from songwriting, composing, arranging, mixing and mastering, to directing and editing her music videos, as well as designing her artwork. Her music is rooted in neo city pop, synth-pop, and indie pop, blending nostalgic and catchy melodies reminiscent of late '90s and early 2000s J-pop with the free-spirited touch of bedroom pop. This unique fusion creates a retro-futuristic sonic world that is entirely her own. With her iconic blue hair and a distinctive voice that balances fragility and strength, moë stands out as a truly one-of-a-kind presence, earning a loyal following both in Japan and abroad.
