He learned Shino-bue under Mr. Hiroyuki Koinuma who is a famous leading Shino-bue player in Japan. He became a player of Native American flute in 2000. He learned cultures and history of Native American people at Northern Arizona University. He learned how to make Native American flute and collected Native American's folk songs and folk tales. He started his career as a professional player of Native American Flute when he was in the USA and performed in Sedona, LA and Hopi reservation. His unique flute playing with wordless storytelling style and the theme of stories based on Native American's folk tales and their deep sacred spirits is highly evaluated. Now he moved his activity base to Japan and is doing activities collaborating with various artists.
