アルバムの幕を開けるのは、
ボディビル大国＝マッスルキングダムの宣言。
限界を越え続ける者たちを戦士として讃え、
筋トレという行為そのものを王道へと引き上げる、
重厚かつ攻撃的なメタルナンバー。
2. Muscle Museum
鋼鉄と汗に満ちた静寂の空間――Muscle Museum。
そこに立つ受付の老婆は、
ビートを刻み、言葉を投げかけるラッパーであり、
この場所を見守り続けてきた館長でもある。
ここに並ぶのは、完璧な肉体ではない。
逃げた日、崩れた日、痛みと迷い、
そして立ち上がった瞬間のすべて。
努力は展示され、時間とともに語り継がれる。
この曲は、アルバム全体の精神的中枢となる一曲だ。
3. BIG DADDY
家庭も現実もすべて背負いながら、それでも鉄を握り続ける男の賛歌。
反抗期の娘、荒ぶる息子、自由奔放なマイワイフ。
カオスな日常の中でも、ジムに立てばそこは“自分だけの聖域”。
バーベルは逃げない。
重さは嘘をつかない。
筋肉は裏切らない。

「強さとは何か？」という問いに対する、

4. Pump Up Grandma
年齢も常識も意に介さず、
自らの美学でバーベルを上げ続ける“パンプアップ・グランマ”。
回復に逃げず、偽りを拒み、
「今日が一番若い日だ」と身体で証明する姿は、
すべてのトレーニーへの挑発であり、最高の応援歌である。
また、作詞にはSai Takahashiを起用し今までにない新しい風を吹き込む。
5. Pump Up Grandma (feat. DJ.mos)
Pump Up Grandma をユーロビートに再構築し、
ラッパーDJ. mos を迎えたフィーチャリング曲。
疾走感と高揚感で、ジムをフロアへと変貌させる。
6. G-string uncle
嘲笑も常識も脱ぎ捨て、
筋肉だけを信じて立つ男の物語。
