鋼鉄と汗に満ちた静寂の空間――Muscle Museum。
そこに立つ受付の老婆は、
ビートを刻み、言葉を投げかけるラッパーであり、
この場所を見守り続けてきた館長でもある。
ここに並ぶのは、完璧な肉体ではない。
逃げた日、崩れた日、痛みと迷い、
そして立ち上がった瞬間のすべて。
努力は展示され、時間とともに語り継がれる。
この曲は、アルバム全体の精神的中枢となる一曲だ。
3. BIG DADDY
家庭も現実もすべて背負いながら、それでも鉄を握り続ける男の賛歌。
反抗期の娘、荒ぶる息子、自由奔放なマイワイフ。

回復に逃げず、偽りを拒み、

すべてのトレーニーへの挑発であり、最高の応援歌である。
また、作詞にはSai Takahashiを起用し今までにない新しい風を吹き込む。

Pump Up Grandma をユーロビートに再構築し、
ラッパーDJ. mos を迎えたフィーチャリング曲。
