Social Plan

Having failed to join the 27 Club, all that remained for me was my ego, whose fervor had not yet cooled, and what would likely be a far too long life ahead. And so, as I stood there with my hands in my pockets listening to Miles Davis and mulling over this and that, my body gradually stiffened and my consciousness began to blur. Wait—wasn’t I just walking down that street a moment ago? What on earth is going on? Hmm… for some reason, cigarette butts were scattered at my feet, and out of the corner of my eye, I saw a young man lying on a bed sketching a corpse. That’s when I finally set about creating “The Social Plan.”
