Original soundtrack album featuring tracks from Wangan MIDNIGHT MAXIMUM TUNE 6RR PLUS, the latest game in the popular arcade driving series Wangan MIDNIGHT MAXIMUM TUNE, which will celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2024, and tracks from the previous title Wangan MIDNIGHT MAXIMUM TUNE 6RR. Included as a bonus track is the Japanese version of '6RR' 'Starry Night (Future ver.)', which has been requested by many users. The composer is Yuzo Ancient, a nobleman of the game music world who has been responsible for the music throughout the series and has many masterpieces to his name, including 'Ys', 'Namco Cross Capcom' and 'The Labyrinth of the World Tree'. Based on a manga series by Michiharu Kusunoki in Big Comic Spirits (Shogakukan) and Weekly Young Magazine (Kodansha), the first series/issue was published in 1990 and has been running for 18 years!
