Hodie releases "Ceramic," their second single and first new music in three years since their debut.
As with their previous work, the track was produced at the legendary GOK SOUND, with chief engineer Yoshiaki Kondoh at the helm.
The analog recording process using open-reel tape -a hallmark of GOK SOUND- exquisitely captures the delicate atmosphere of this minimalist arrangement.
Rather than simply tracking a finished product, the collaborative process of "creating while recording" was essential to capturing the band's current essence.
After deepening their musical dialogue through "Ceramic," Hodie is now back in the studio working on their second full-length album.
