• Ayane

  Ayane was born in Fujimi in Kofu City in Yamanashi Prefecture. She grew up listening to Western music through the influence of her mother. The warm harmonies of The Carpenters and the soulful sound of Stevie Wonder shaped her sensitivity to melody and emotion from an early age. During high school she studied in an English focused program and became deeply inspired by the beauty of language and lyrics. In this period she discovered the emotional depth of Adele and the powerful voice of Christina Aguilera. Their music strongly influenced the foundation of her own vocal style. She entered Sophia University in Tokyo and joined an a cappella club. Alongside group activities she also performed as a solo singer. In her senior year she won the solo division at a national a cappella competition where students from all over Japan gathered. Her expressive singing and emotional presence received high praise. After graduation she first worked as a vocal trainer then later entered the corporate world. Through every chapter music has remained her place of support and she continued her work as a singer. Her name Ayane carries a wish from her mother. The wish is to value words and harmony. Staying true to that meaning she creates music that honors the warmth of language and the gentle balance of sound. She is now fully dedicated to producing her long-awaited original songs.
