Artist Profile
Katsuki Ota
Katsuki Ota is a singer-songwriter born in Aichi, Japan, and currently based in Shizuoka. Through honest, down-to-earth lyrics and warm, heartfelt melodies, he delicately captures everyday emotions and the subtle moments of life. The core theme of his music is to be involved in as many lives as possible. With this belief, he continues to create songs that gently stay close to listeners and encourage them as they move forward in their own lives. Focusing on live performances, he actively performs solo acoustic shows, appears at events across Japan, and engages in community-based activities that emphasize a close connection with people. His ultimate goal is to hold a one-man live concert at Nippon Budokan by the age of 40. For him, Budokan is not the final destination, but a meaningful milestone a passage toward encountering and connecting with even more lives through music.
