The first ballad tune from the album "Tears of the 20th Century" released in 1997 under the name Miwako Saito.
Released through the efforts of Mitsuru Machida of MM Records.
It was recorded mainly at Subterranean Studio BUNKER, Fumihisa Natsuaki's private studio, with the help of many musician friends.
After this album, Miwako Saito changed her name to Inco Saito and shifted her main focus to poetry reading, so this was her last album as a singer.
Born in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo. Graduated from Nihon University College of Art, Department of Broadcasting. She got into rock music when she was in junior high school, and made her major debut in 1982 as the vocalist of a ladies' band, Tango Europe. After the band broke up, she made her solo debut with "Lovers Always Do (Koibito wa Itsudemo)". One day, she realized that "lyrics and poetry are what I am best at," and since then has been active as a lyricist, poet, and poetry reader as her own expression.
