Mirai Kodai Orchestra, whose signature song "Forgotten Words" has surpassed 100 million viral streams, presents "Sore wa Setsuna wo Aruku Koto," featuring vally.exe, a bilingual American net singer. This video is the Japanese-language version, sung by vally.exe in Japanese.

Mirai Kodai Orchestra is a narrative music unit weaving "fictional ethnic music" under the concept of "Ancient Music of a Millennium Hence," a "new yet nostalgic" sound drawn from ethnic traditions across the world. The unit has won awards at numerous international film festivals and charts across multiple regions worldwide.

This grand, emotional dance track depicts two souls in a dying world who believe only in the fleeting moments they share. Hourglasses, twilight, a red moon, the morning star: resignation toward all that fades, and the resolve to walk on, rise into a sublime prayer over a solemn soundscape. Its greatest highlight is a bold rhythmic experiment: a four-on-the-floor-style kick driving through 3/4 time, a "three-on-the-floor" groove where the sway of a waltz and the rush of the dancefloor coexist. You can dance to it, yet weep to it.

A song for those who, knowing all will vanish, still long to leave their mark behind. An English version, "Walking a Moment of Time," is also available.
