Hi, how are you feeling now
I wish I could see you again
I am blooming just for you
Wanna hold you
Wanna touch you
Like I used to
Probably, yeah, sometimes I make you sad
But I know you’ll be okay
You’ve come a long way
No matter how it changes
Won’t stop loving you

just like a dream in spring
Atsuno
Cherry blossoms are often believed to carry a quiet spiritual energy.
Blooming in spring and falling in fleeting beauty, they have long symbolized the human journey - parting and reunion, loneliness and growth.
Inspired by the transient nature of the blossoms, this song reflects those emotions through music, capturing the poetic beauty of the Japanese language. Atsuno's delicate and crystalline vocals gently draw listeners into an intimate emotional landscape.
The track is produced by DJ Sachiho, a producer known for his work with major artists including CrazyBoy, DOBERMAN INFINITY, and GENERATIONS. Marking his second collaboration with Atsuno, the song blends a jazzy hip-hop atmosphere reminiscent of the legendary Nujabes with subtle yet powerful beats, creating a sound that is both refined and emotionally resonant.
Also joining the project is keyboardist Sumito Kanza, widely respected for his work alongside renowned artists such as Yumi Matsutoya, Ayaka, Toshihide Baba, Rihwa, Shunsuke Kiyokiba, and Nissy. His expressive and sensitive piano performance adds warmth and depth to the song's sonic landscape.
This piece reflects on the fragility of life, while quietly celebrating the beauty of continuing to live. Both tender and bittersweet, it is a song that gently warms the heart.
This spring, listen while looking up at the cherry blossoms and remembering someone dear to you.
This song is dedicated to everyone who lost loved ones in the tragedy of March 11.
