To the Future

I tried singing about dreams I lost in the past.

There was a couple who were in love with each other. A year had passed since they started dating, and both of them dreamed of getting married. But one of their parents was strongly against the relationship, so their love never reached its goal.

If they had persuaded their parents and gotten married back then, would their lives have been different than they are now? This is a song about dreams like that.

I would like both people who are in love and married to listen to this song.
