Tateyama Sei is a 42-year-old Okayama native bluesman. He was born and raised in the industrial area of Okayama, Japan. Once in the city, he returned to his hometown to sing songs about his town. His style is that of Robert Johnson or Bob Dylan, and he also has a penchant for rap singing. As always, he is sure to bring a lot of fun and excitement to the stage.
