今日は、なんとなく気持ちが重たくて

そのどれにも手が伸びなかった

理由はわからない

ただ、心の奥の方で

なにかがちいさく固まったまま動かない感じだった

窓を少しだけ開けたら、風がふっと吹きこんできた

やわらかくて、すこし冷たくて

思っていたよりもずっと静かな風

カーテンが揺れて

その音が、なぜか胸にすっと入りこんできた

ああ、たぶん、わたし

ちょっと立ち止まりたかったんだなと思った

なにかを決めるわけじゃなくても

前に進む元気がない日があっても

ちゃんとそうやって立ち止まって

風を感じられたのなら、それでいい

動けなかった今日のことも

この風ごと、胸の中に置いておけたら

また次の自分に、そっとつながっていく気がした
