Samuel's second album, produced by Keitaro Takanami (ex. PIZZICATO FIVE), was released on September 1, 1995.

This is a best-of compilation from before Samuel's hiatus, featuring a remix by Sakana Hosomi, and is a representative work of Samuel's style, which blends shoegaze-like noise with pastoral melodies, showcasing their rise from the indie scene to the "Shibuya-kei" movement in Tokyo in the early 1990s.

Previously released tracks depict the fleeting pleasures and decadence of the bursting bubble economy, while new songs express resignation and solace for the tragic collapse caused by the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake that occurred in the year of the album's release. Takanami's pop sensibility and Hosomi's wit enhance the cinematic depth and nuance of the music.
