Lucky girl

Kana Okunoya's second EP features three love songs, each portraying a different kind of relationship, all set against a band-oriented sound.

The title track, "Lucky Girl", expresses the sincere wish for the happiness of someone special. It is the first officially released song written and composed entirely by Kana herself.

The second track, "Trapeze", compares a forbidden love with no destination to a trapeze suspended in midair. Its sound pays tribute to the Japanese pop music of the Showa era (Japanese Kayokyoku).

The third track, "Chocolate", is a mid-tempo ballad about the bittersweet feelings of unrequited love. The overlapping sounds of the instruments, especially the guitar solo, beautifully express a range of emotions.
