2019年12月24日に、中沢剛（dr）を中心に結成。メンバーは、幅広いフィールドで大活躍の中沢剛（dr）、どんなシーンでも華やかで艶のある音色を奏でる宅間善之（vib)、ピアニストとしても、アレンジャーとしても実績のある遠藤征志（p）、全員の音を太く温かい音色で繋ぎ、発展させる嶌田憲二（b）の４人。
