• bergamots

  Tokyo-based duo consisting of vocalist Yuhi and composer AJ. We write lyrics, compose and arrange in Japan, whilst mixing and mastering are handled by engineers in the Netherlands and Belgium. We released our 1st EP in May 2023 and our latest 3rd EP in August 2024, creating and releasing 21 songs in about one year and three months. In October 2024, one of our tracks was featured in the Australian indie film Salt Along the Tongue - screened at SXSW Sydney 2024 [Australia], Fantastic Film Festival Australia [Australia], Fantaspoa [Brazil], Fantasporto [Portugal], FrightFest [UK] and Transit Filmfest [Germany]. Last autumn, we also released a cassette tape curated with special selections. We are working globally, including two collaborative tracks with Korean singer-songwriter @jinbyul_. The first collaboration, soaring, was released in September 2025.
