The Japanese punk rock band, The GUAYS will release a new album "After my vacant" for the first time in five years from the label "Jusangatsu No Mushi" on November. After their release of 1st album "HOUGEKI", they welcomed new bassist Yushi, and released split EP called "roomshare EP" with CAR10 last year.

"After my vacant" was recorded with the help of recording engineer Hiroaki Kanai (Supercar).

This album represents positive and progressive approach of themselves which they are accepting boring daily life but still trying to dispel it and step forward.

    THE GUAYS formed 6 years ago as a new Japanese Rock 'n' roll band.We spend day and night performing, with performances that fascinate many people. Our power and scale has been getting bigger and bigger.Finally,we flew out to the USA, NY and Philadelphia to have our single tour.Don't treat us yellow monkeys lightly. We are the monsters, we are still pushing forward more and more. Jun,2010 Captain.RYOSUKE Vo.Gt / HIROSHI , Gt.Vo / YUKKI, Dr.cho / MOMO Ba.Shout. They first started performing in Osaka, Japan. Jun, 2011 Our first demo [GORUNGUN] was on sale.From then we started to go to tour many places including Tokyo. Now we are addicted to touring. April, 2012 Our first single tour in New York.We met KEN SOUTH ROCK, and flew to New York .We only had 3 performances booked, but decided to stay 2 weeks, and played 11 performances in total.At that time, the limited NY tour EP was on sale only in USA. July, 2013 NY tour EP Sales in Japan.The CD which was recorded during one of our live performances in NY Oct,2013 After releasing their first album [砲撃(HOGEKI)],we moved from Osaka to Tokyo. April,2014 We started a music event.Called [RAW VIBE],it doesn't matter race, nationality, age, nor sex. Feb, 2015 2nd 7inch record [GOO! CHOKI! PUNCH!]was on sale from our rabel ''Jusangatsu-no-mushi''. The jacket was drawn by Ray from Hard-ons, Australian legendary punk band. Sep, 2015 We had a great experience 'mune-jin' with MEAN JEANS(US), GEZAN. We invited MEAN JEANS and organized Japan tour for 2 weeks. At last day of the tour, Momo left and Captain played the bass after that. Three of us kept playing! Feb, 2016 The photobook, 'BUBBLB BLUE' taken by Shiori Ikeno, the photographer was on sale from KiliKiliVilla 23 Feb, 2016 New bassist Yushi joined to us! Four of us start. Sep, 2016 The split CD [room share e.p.] with CAR10 was on sale from KiliKiliVilla. 15 Nov, 2017 2nd Full Album [After my vacant]released From Jyusangatsu no mushi We keep going now!
