2014年結成、大阪在住のR&Bバンド。ブラックミュージックをルーツに、それぞれの個性を活かしながらも1つに混ざり合うGroove、 4人にしか出せないサウンドを追及し続け、リスナーを魅了する。バンド名は、デビュー以前にバンド形態でのSTREET LIVEを行なっており、大きな音で近所に迷惑をかけていたのではないか？というところから「近所迷惑」の意味であるNeighbors Complainと名付ける。
