Lyric
iced coffee / boyfriend
Harukatomiyuki, Hideyuki Kuronuma
When I need your love
When I need your love
When I need you
When I need your love
When I need your love
But you need you
When I need your love
When I need your love
When I need you
When I need your love
When I need your love
When I need you
When I need your love
When I need your love
When I need you
When I need your love
When I need your love
But you need you

After a reunion 12 years apart, a special song is born
The collaborative track "iced coffee / boyfriend" by Harukatomiyuki and Hideyuki Kuronuma, who resumed activities in 2023, is now available on various music streaming services starting today, October 15, 2025.
Both artists debuted in 2012, are the same age, and attended the same university, sharing deep musical and personal connections. Their paths, long separated, crossed again when Kuronuma resumed his musical activities after about a decade. They recently concluded a highly successful two-man live show, their first in 12 years.
Born from this significant moment is their collaborative track "iced coffee / boyfriend".
Centered around themes of "loss" and "parting" - subjects both artists excel at - the song uses lyrical keyboards and a memorable refrain to paint a picture of the end of summer and the resulting emotional turmoil.
Sound production is handled by Hyoe Yasuhara, known for his work with artists like Kawamoto Makoto and Tabito Nanao. Additionally, multi-instrumentalist and composer Haruki Ishida, active in live support and arrangements, contributes. Grounded in an alternative pop sound, the delicate yet meticulous sound design draws out the fragility and strength inherent in both Haruka and Kuronuma's voices, resulting in a track that quietly resonates.
