Not Silence is a band that carries forward the legacy of French disco, exemplified by Daft Punk, as well as the tradition of funk, reinterpreting and expanding these influences through its own distinctive sound.

This track draws inspiration from the sonic aesthetics and minimalist structure of Suzanne Vega's "Tom's Diner," developing them through a fusion with funk. The result is a strange, mechanical composition built around the repetition of meaningless, nonsensical phrases, creating a hypnotic and detached sonic experience.
