NoRIP-E, The Philosopher is an alternative artist and the founder of Dec-Affe-Inated RECORDS based in Nagoya, Japan. A solo project by Ezekiel Scott, he has released numerous tracks that blur the lines between hip-hop and electronic music, shaping a distinctive sound rooted in introspection and melancholy. Notable tracks include the alternative rock track "if i die next", which captures his unique worldview, and the emo rap collaboration "teddy feat. Drumsco Charles." In 2025, he made his live debut as MNG Scott at Nagoya R.A.D.
