This is a song specially written for "Recovery Story". Based on his own experience of suffering from mental illness, the song has the message that the first step to recovery is to take it slow and be as you are, instead of comparing yourself to others and getting depressed. There is hope knowing that long Winter will end someday and warm Spring sure will come.
