    シンガーソングライター。エッセイスト。 「みんなで元気に野菜を食べよう」活動中。 スーパーや幼稚園、保育園などを中心とした全国各地で、自作曲であり食育ソングである「野菜のうた」を広めたいと考えている。 YouTubeに自らの楽曲をアップ。「野菜のうた」は7万回以上の再生回数。塾講師時代に中学受験・高校受験を目前にした教え子に対して歌った「受験生へ」は4万回を越す再生回数。 「野菜のうた」はTBSラジオ「たまむすび」、高知県のスーパーの青果コーナー、宮城県のテレビ番組で流してもらったこともある。全国各地の幼稚園や保育園のクラス内や運動会などでも流してもらっている。 野菜のお祭り「東京ベジフードフェスタ」や小学校のイベントにも出演。テレビ、ラジオにも出演経験がある。 エッセイはアメブロ、ヤプログで執筆。読者は両方合わせて2000人ほど。
