マエノソノマサキ(8otto/Muddy Apes)と共同プロデュースした1stアルバム『Catt』のリリースから4年の期間を空けて、メンバーを流動化しバンドとしての形も変わったCattから、2024年春にニューアルバム『At the End of Corridor』がリリースされる。本作は、バンドの形を崩し、時に逃げ、時に隠れながら続けてきたCattが送る「それぞれの長い廊下の奥で待つ誰か、何か」に向けたアルバムである。恐怖が待つ人には強さを、扉が待つ人には勇気を、ただ一人廊下の奥にいる人には安堵をもたらす作品となっている。
今作『your song』はその『At the End of Corridor』から先行でリリースされるシングルである。「This is also your song.」と繰り返す本作はメンバーの流動化を始めた当初に制作された楽曲で、周囲やリスナーをもその渦中に巻き込んで拡張する現体制のCattを象徴する一曲といえる。

Cattは東京を中心に活動しているロックバンド。2018年の4月頃からライブ活動を始め、現在まで東京を中心に埼玉、横浜、大阪などで約30本のライブを行う。2020年2月16日に8otto/Muddy Apesのマエノソノマサキ氏をプロデューサーに迎えた1stミニアルバム『Catt』を配信リリース。リリースイベントは下北沢と大阪で開催。下北沢では100人の動員を記録。
