Kissing The Floorが2023年12月10日に待望のファーストアルバム「The Thrill Of The Ride」をリリースする。
先行シングルとして7月8日に「La-Di-Da」、8月12日に「Way Out」それぞれリリース、世界中からダウンロードされている。
本作は、作詞をMarkが、作曲を主にNabeが手がけ、レコーディングはSTUDIO-O-PARTSにて行われた。コロナ禍で1年以上を費やした本作は、Kissing The Floorらしく中年男性の頭の中を描いた歌詞と、ブリティッシュでジャパニーズな分かりやすいロックが特徴だ。
日本よりも海外での評価が高く、海外におけるダウンロード数が日本のそれを上回っていることがそれを証明している。

Kissing The Floorは、イギリス人のマーク プレスリーを中心に2014年11月に神奈川県で結成されました。 その後、Thunder Snake ATSUGIでの初ライブを皮切りに、現在も都内・神奈川県下のライブハウスを中心に精力的なライブ活動を行っております。 イギリス仕込みの王道Rockが好きな音楽ファンなら夢中になること間違い無しです。
