Kissing The Floor will release their long-awaited first album "The Thrill Of The Ride" on December 10th, 2023.
The lead singles "La-Di-Da" and "Way Out" were released on July 8th and August 12th, and have been downloaded all over the world.
The work was mainly written by the Lead Singer Mark and The Lead Guitarist Nabe and recorded at STUDIO-O-PARTS. This work, which took more than a year to complete due to the coronavirus pandemic, it features lyrics depicting the obscure mind of a middle-aged man, typical of Kissing The Floor, and easy-to-understand British and Japanese rock.
The singles performed better overseas with the number of downloads exceeding that of Japan.
Kissing The Floor is planning concerts to support the digital release of the album.

Kissing The Floor
Kissing The Floor started writing & rehearsing in November 2014 and has since performed a wide range of high energy rock music encompassing a variety of sounds & influences. The mix of such influences gives Kissing The Floor pride in creating an instantly recognizable, original sound. Our first concert was at Thundersnake in Hon Atsugi, Kanagawa in January 2015. This followed an immediate invitation to play there again followed by a successful concert at X.Y.Z A Live Bar, Hachioji in Tokyo. Concerts in Yokohama followed this and soon after we were playing in Tokyo at live houses such as Club Tenjiku in Akasaka and Headpower in Shinjuku. After recording "Gimme The Candy " Kissing The Floor is planning to concentrate on writing and recording new songs over the next several months. This will be followed by a program of live shows to promote the material around Japan and the UK. We thank everyone for their continued support. Kissing The Floor.
