Differentiated interstellar matter

Yasuhiro Soda's ambient works are born from an extremely simple production environment.

A single guitar and a large number of effects pedals. No generation AI or synthesizers are added. All works are recorded in one track, one take, and are never shaped through editing.

Instead of limiting possibilities with constraints, he treats the constraints themselves as part of the composition, blurring the boundaries between performance and sound. By embracing both intentionally created sounds and sounds that appear by chance, each work becomes a unique, one-time creation.

This approach reflects an Eastern sense of time and the aesthetic of wabi-sabi, a perspective that doesn't measure beauty solely by perfection.

Each work, released one by one each day, is both a standalone piece and part of a long-term musical experiment with no set end.
