Venue Vincent is a Japanese band with a unique composition - 2 acoustic guitarists (Hiroshi "anikki" Ihara and Shingo Nagasaki), 1 percussionist/trumpeter (Hiderow Nishioka) and 1 tap dancer (SARO). The band took its current formation in 2016 when Hiderow and SARO joined the guitar duo, feeling that the guitar melodies could do so much more with the rhythm of percussions and the energy of tap dancing. The group uses such simple instruments, but conjures a dynamic sound and experience that grasps the audience's hearts.
In 2017, they released their 1st album "Ain't No Trick" - the album that speaks for itself which is a compilation of one take recordings, and without modern musical engineering "tricks". The following years saw the band grow; in 2018 they had their first tour in Thailand, and in 2019 they appeared in various music festivals around Japan, including the largest and renowned Fuji Rock Festival that attracts more than 100,000 participants each year, a clear sign that this rare quintet will succeed further in the coming years.
