Deep-sea snow

Marine snow is a phenomenon in which tiny fragments of sea life and organic matter slowly sink through the ocean like snow. These fragments nourish other lives and help connect the cycle of life. Like marine snow, the small words and kindness we leave behind may one day become strength for someone else. As I wonder what I can leave behind, my heart slowly becomes a little more peaceful.
