In June of the same year, he became speech-impaired to the point that he could barely speak, and he despaired that he would never be able to sing again.

However, he continued his rehabilitation through voice training on his own, and during his rehabilitation, he went on trips and enjoyed meals with friends.

He is encouraged, and his desire to sing again grows, and he passes the baton to professional arranger Tamaki, who creates a piece of music that incorporates Shiyoshi's feelings.

The first recording was the rearranged song "de'javu" that was distributed earlier.

Shiyoshi, who is now a speech-impaired person, will be re-arranging the masterpiece of the album "save.the.life," which Tamaki wrote before becoming a speech-impaired person and released along with the theme song of the Kinki branch of the Panasonic labor union, in April 2023. In April, he will try recording with the support of Studio 246 Umeda chief engineer Yoshida.

Chief engineer Yoshida is impressed by the completeness of her singing, her voice is thicker than it was before she became disabled, and her pronunciation has returned to a perfect level.
