Artist Profile

  • HALCAMO

    Musician, recording engineer, PA engineer and Sento (Japanese public bath) lover. HALCAMO was born in Kanagawa. She started her music career when she was in junior high school. She was a songwriter and vocalist in bands such as Yukue Fumei and Kamisama Club while studying recording and mixing at a music university. A writer who covered her stagingdescribed her as a modern dancing shrine maiden. She is also actively involved in providing lyrics, songs and singing.  In May 2023, she started her solo project as HALCAMO. She released her first EP Toppu (Gust of Wind), which shewrote, composed, arranged, mixed, and did the artwork herself. In November, she released the single Chikara (Power) and started her solo live HALCAMO Festival. This festival has been well received and will continue to be held regularly in 2024. In a girls pop duo RIPON, which started at the same time, she is in charge of composition and arranging under the name haa. She is also active as a Sento (Japanese public bath) lover and delivers a weekly public bath podcast Furohata Kaigi. she also regularly updates the Sento Vlog HALCAMO Sento-e Iku (HALCAMO Goes to Sento) on SNS.
