The title song "Just be alive." is keenly aware of her powerlessness, and wishes for the strength to survive and the courage to change course. "Seize the day" embraces the past and recognizes and cherishes new brilliance in the days where we are.

    大分出身シンガーソングライター。高校時代、某ギター雑誌の懸賞でギターが当選したことをきっかけに、弾き語りを始める。福岡の音楽専門学校入学と同時に作曲をはじめ、ソロやバンドで活動、福岡国際会議場やZepp福岡等のステージに立つ。卒業後、上京。都内を中心にレギュラーライブなど年間100本ほどのライブ活動を行い、ゲリラでの路上ライブやツイキャスなどでも精力的に活動。2014年7月、アレンジャー、キーボーディストの安部潤氏をプロデューサーに迎え、ＣＤ「愛惜」全国リリース。2015年8月、6曲入りミニアルバム「迷いながら。生きる」、2016年3月、ライブ録音盤「2016.1.20現在」全国リリース。路上ライブで身につけた声量とさまざまな声色で、苦しいくらい痛切な本音を、時にあたたかな想いを歌いあげる。
