This is a single release from a self-covered mini-album written by Akira Fuse himself.
The performance from the original album was retained, but the vocal was retaken 40 years after the first recording, and consequently this song's theme was sublimated from just an individual love to a love for people.

The original was recorded in Burbank, California, with the full support of top LA studio musicians, as the last number on the B-side of the 1980 album "Go Men". The backing track was recorded without any change from original track, while the main vocals and chorus were re-recorded by Fuse Akira himself. The result is a magnificent ballad befitting the "#Akira Fuse New Era".
