Me Neither
Formed in 2002, Me Neither is a melodic emo punk band led by Wataru Hirano of LIFEBALL (now Natsumachi Lester). Based in Tokyo, the band was founded in October 2002 by Hirano, joined by former SKAD MISSILE member Kimura, ToshiMatsu (ex Rollings), and Sano, who came from a "terrible cover band " background. With their energetic blend of melodic punk and emotional songwriting, they quickly gained a strong following in the live house scene and released several works through UNDER FLOWER RECORDS. The band went on hiatus after their show in April 2007. Restart & Present (from2019) After a 12year break, Me Neither returned to the stage on January 11, 2019, at Shimokitazawa LOFT X, marking their official revival. Since then, they have continued writing new music and performing. In January 2026, they digitally released Nandemonai Konna Hibi wo, their first new album in 20 years.
