A special collaboration has come to life between Pii, the solo project of PORIN from Awesome City Club, and Soft Pine, an alternative rock band based in Thailand. Together, they cover "Foolish Situation", a 2016 song by Shintaro Sakamoto, whom both artists deeply admire.

  • Pii

    Pii aka PORIN made her major debut in 2015 as a member of Awesome City Club. In 2021, she appeared as herself in the hit film We Made a Beautiful Bouquet, and released the film's inspired song Wasurena. The track topped streaming charts across various platforms and has since surpassed 1.1 billion views, including related video content. In the spring of 2021, she launched her solo project under the name Pii. On April 23, 2025, she will release her 7th new single. She is also featured as a vocalist in various projects. Outside of music, she founded her own apparel brand yarden in 2018, for which she serves as creative director. With music at her core, she continues to grow both as a band member and a solo artist, expanding her creative expression across multiple fields.

  • Soft Pine

    Formed in 2018, Soft Pine brings relaxing and rhythmic energy to their music. Their songs delve into the day-to-day lives of people, nature, and love, making it the ideal soundtrack for your laid-back days. Having recently wrapped up their debut tour in Japan, Soft Pine has just released their fourth studio album, Another Half, in August 2023, melds psychedelic and jazz influences within an analog soundscape, Soft Pine has just showcased their new materials at BiKN Shibuya and Maho Rasop 2023.
