The 9th original album by Kanoko Hara.
A journey to find the way out of dreams and illusions.
Night and dawn, prayer and mercy, pain and liberation, light and shadow, you and me.
Wandering through a landscape of fantasy until a divided world finally wakes up.

Featuring crisp, hardware-free digital synthesis, cinematic pads, and a dark, immersive low end, all tied together by raw, clean vocals and intricate song structures.

Artist Profile

  • Kanoko Hara

After studying classical ballet and drama, she discovered Bossa Nova and began her singing career. Inspired by the Bossa Nova guitar, she started composing her own original music. Her 1st album "deep blue," produced by Toru Hajima, was released in 2008, followed by her 2nd album "FLY" in 2011. She has also released a Bossa Nova instructional DVD and created music for TV commercials and sound logos, including featured BGM for SEGA's video game "Yakuza 0." Following her first self-produced album "My Picture Book" (2015), she released "Love Jobim" (2017) with pianist George Nagata, a beautiful collection of minimalist piano and vocal ballads. In 2021, she collaborated with pianist Akiko Akiyama on the original work "Magnolia." Currently, as a solo artist, she has transitioned into fully self-produced electronic music using synthesizers, continuously exploring new sonic landscapes and releasing a new album every year.
