Production began in January 2024, and the music was completed in August of the same year. After that, the song creator, Abu-Se-Ken, commissioned the animation creator, shima, to produce the video. The film was completed in February 2025, together with the animated prequel to "The Seagull," "Shima-Moyou".
Both creators,Abu-Se-Ken and shima, are from Sendai, and this work was created with "sympathy" and "farewell" as its sub-themes, with Arahama, the place of their memories, as its theme.
