Echo Binding is a collaborative work by TSUTCHIE and RI ONO, where subtle connections between breath, memory, and space gently emerge through sound.
Constructed through minimal sound and intentional placement, the project brings together two distinct sensibilities: rhythm as an extension of breath, and space as a form of presence.
The project also features UK-based artist Kosi Tides, adding a new layer and dimension to the work.
Rooted in ambient hip-hop and lo-fi jazz, the compositions unfold through a balance of sound and silence, where fragmented tones overlap and quietly bind together.
This work traces the process in which two perspectives converge, forming new connections within sound - rendered with quiet intention.
Artist Profile
TSUTCHIE
Member of hip hop group Shakkazombie. And also a producer. Dealing with a large number of remix and Sound produce. In recent years, playing an active part as the musical producer who crosses all genres. The first solo album "Thanks for Listening" is released in 2002. And the second solo album "This is a recording" is released in 2003. The original sound track which is an animation "Samurai Champloo" is released in 2004. The original sound track of an animation "GANGSTA." is released in 2015. Recently does a sound engineer. And moreover starts the label "SYNC TWICE" from 2011.
