西の空が熟れて行く
ジャムにしてガラス瓶に入れて
心に入れて温めて
懐かしい匂いを嗅ぎながら
このまま帰ろう
星がきらめき暗くなってきても
アプリコットの夕暮れを抱いて
こぼれそうな涙を浮かべて
いつの日か想い出さえも消えて
今日の悲しみだけが
色づいて言葉を無くすほど
苦い甘さのジャムになるの
一言で終わって行くのなら
このまま帰ろう
あなたの中のわたしを抱きしめて
大丈夫よと何度でも言うわ
つぶやきながら真っ直ぐに帰ろう
懐かしい匂いを嗅ぎながら

沈んでゆく西日の悲しみに

I wrote this poem because I wanted to express this feeling. I wanted to cherish a very pure sensibility, so I kept it simple with a song that had a strong church feel, with the lyrics being all over the place.
