Hiromaru tumugi | Artist Profile I am Hiromaru Tumugi, an artist who breathes soul into digital serendipity, creating what I call sonic sculptures. Every story begins with my own original poetry. To translate the scenes and inner landscapes depicted in my verse into sound, I turn to the infinite palette of AI. From the vast torrent of sound generated by AI, a rare and unpredictable fluctuation sometimes emerges a bug I call singularity. I don't see this as an error. On the contrary, I believe it is in these moments that the raw, visceral fragments of emotion born from the digital realm the very inevitability of the music lie hidden. To express the world of a single poem, I generate over 200, sometimes even 400, AI sound sources. From this immense volume, I unearth a single "miracle" that resonates with my soul. I then meticulously deconstruct this raw sonic gem, part by part, and weave together layers of different textures to reconstruct a grand scene. It is a process akin to weaving a tapestry with sound, a form of sculpture. In an age where music-like creations are just a click away, I deliberately dedicate three days to a week to a single piece. This is a testament to my utmost respect for all fellow music artists, and a personal vow to release only work that I myself can become completely immersed in, time and time again.
