2017年の復活から少しづつ活動を再開してきたPenny Arcade、35年ぶりとなる新曲をリリース。まだネオアコという言葉のなかった時代のインディー・サウンドと80年代のニューウェーブを彷彿とさせる2曲のカップリング。
後にヴィーナス・ペーターを結成するギターの石田真人とヴォーカルの佐鳥葉子を中心に、1986年に結成された伝説のギターポップ・バンド。80年代中旬東京でもひっそりとはじまったギター・ポップ・シーンの中核となり1989年まで活動。のちにフリッパーズ・ギターとなるロリポップ・ソニックやルーフの前身であるバチュラーズ、大阪のデボネアなどと共演し90年代に花開くギター・ポップ、インディー・シーンの先駆けとなった。
当時の音源である『A GIRL FROM PENNY ARCADE』の再発をきっかけに2017年に再結成ライブを行い2023年には沖野俊太郎と小山田圭吾によるVelloudの復活ライブで共演、2024年に35年ぶりとなる新曲をリリースする。現在のメンバーはMasato Ishida、Yoko Satori、Soto、Ecoの4人。
