    AIMI Born: September 4, 1990 Hometown: Okinawa, Japan In 2008, AIMI made her major debut with Stereopony under Sony Records. Their second single, Namida no Mukou, became the first song by an artist born in the Heisei era to reach No. 2 on the charts. Stereopony appeared on popular music shows such as Music Station, performed at major festivals like Summer Sonic, and even graced the cover of KARA magazine. In 2011, Stereopony released Arigatou, the theme song for the movie Heaven's Letter starring Hiroshi Abe, which was set in AIMI's hometown of Okinawa at Ajisai Ongaku Mura, a place deeply connected to her musical roots. In 2012, Stereopony held their final live concert, Stereopony Final Live BEST of STEREOPONY, at Akasaka BLITZ on the day of their disbandment. Afterward, AIMI became the vocalist of ALiCE IN UNDERGROUND before officially starting her solo career in 2016. In 2017, she simultaneously released two songs on LINE MUSIC in February, followed by four consecutive weekly single releases in March. In April, she successfully held her first solo concert, Color Collection, and performed at festivals such as YATSUI FESTIVAL and MINAMI WHEEL. In September 2017, she launched a crowdfunding project on CAMPFIRE to create a full album. The project reached its goal in just 8 minutes and ultimately raised 360% of the target amount. In January 2018, she released FAKE, the ending theme for the Amazon Original drama Chase starring Ryohei Otani and Tsubasa Honda. In March, she contributed HEART+ as an insert song for the movie Nunuko no Seisen Harajuku Story starring Rinka Kumada and Rinon Yoshida. On April 4th, she released her first full album, AIMILION. On September 4th, she successfully held her birthday solo concert AIMILION Happy Birthday Party at WWW. Since 2019, AIMI has been actively releasing music under her own label, OHELLO RECORDS, with over 10 releases to date. She has also expanded her solo career internationally, performing in cities such as New Jersey and Chicago, continuing her musical journey with passion and energy.
