This world was still before it found its hue, A world painted in only monochrome. So I thought to myself, with my own two hands, If I tried to repaint this entire world, How beautifully could it possibly become?

First, I chose the Red of pure passion, Next, the Orange of undeniable joy, And finally, the Yellow of pure dynamism

I asked, "Is this enough?"

It wasn't bad, it was pretty, but still, I felt like something essential was missing. With regret, I said softly, "No, I’m afraid this isn't quite right."

And so, I erased it all

First, I chose the Green of quiet peace, Next, the Blue of cold severity, And finally, the Indigo of deep stillness

I asked, "Is this enough?"

It wasn't bad, it was pretty, but still, I felt like something essential was missing. With regret, I said softly, "No, I’m afraid this isn't quite right."

And so, I erased it all

I finally realized that giving color to the world Is actually much harder than it seems

So I took all the colors that I had erased, Used every single one, and then, I added one final hue:

The magnificent Violet

And at last, this world Will begin to stimulate every single feeling we possess

It will be wrapped up in a magnificent Rainbow That holds the infinite possibility Of dreams and hope
