3rd AL that summarizes the songs announced in the project "#Nishichi _songofmonth" held in 2022. The title of the album comes from the idea that "I'm alone at the core, but I'm happy when I'm convinced that I'm not alone, so it's good to live brightly even if I think about it."

A singer-songwriter from Tokyo. A hybrid singing voice that sounds cute and cool, and lyrics that are poetic and original. Her first original song "Anata ni" won the Encouragement Award at the YAMAHA music revolution Kanto tournament. In addition, "Sacrifice" was selected as an excellent song at J-WAVE SONAR MUSIC "GIANT LEAP THE RADIO" and will be OA in the program.
